Policies, Terms and Refunds

Cancellation Policy

Because space is limited to only 12 women per retreat, we ask that you please honor the commitment you make when registering. Your first month's payment secures your spot and helps cover lodging, meals, speaker honorariums, materials, and ground maintenance.

Deposit & Payment Terms

- A non-refundable deposit of $295 is due (whether paying via a payment plan or in full).

- Full payment is due 30 days before the retreat begins.

Cancellations

- More than 30 days before the retreat: If you cancel in writing more than 30 days before your scheduled retreat, all payments minus the $295 deposit will be refunded.

- 14–30 days before the retreat: 50% of the total retreat cost will be refunded (excluding the deposit).

- Less than 14 days before the retreat: No refunds can be issued. We encourage you to gift or transfer your spot to a friend (with written notice to us).

Transfers & Credits

If you cannot attend due to a verified emergency, you may request a one-time transfer of your payment (minus the deposit) toward a future Soul, Mind and Body Retreat, within 12 months (pending availability).

If you choose to pay via ACH bank transfer:

We do not store your full bank account details on our servers.

Sensitive information is encrypted and handled in compliance with applicable financial and data protection regulations (e.g., NACHA and PCI-DSS standards).
